Fellowship Groups

Fellowship groups combine interactive teaching, prayer, and getting to know one another. They are “larger small groups” which offer many of the advantages of a small group with the convenience of a Sunday morning meeting time.
Faithbuilders
This is a great place for adults of every age to gather for fellowship and a deep study of God’s word. They will be starting a new study soon with a welcome breakfast and overview introduction to “Seeing and Savoring Jesus Christ” on March 7th. The first lesson session will begin March 14th. Books are available through the church. They will meet in room A5 at 10:30 am every Sunday. All are welcome to come share in this experience.
Foundations
Foundations is a casual place on Sunday mornings designed for those who feel they want the basics of christianity. Here any question is ok and safe to ask. This track is designed for those that are still exploring what Christianity is all about and for those who are new in their faith and desire to learn about how to grow in their relationship with God. Join Pastor Phil as he starts a new foundations class Sunday, April 18th, in room A-11 at 8:45am.
Partnering with Parents
This group is for parents with kids of all ages. They deal with issues such as how to love and discipline children, how to disciple them, and how to grow in your marriage in the midst of parenting. Join us as we begin a new study Think Like Jesus starting June 6th. Come and develop a Christian world view that can be passed on to your children. Call Doug Ray with questions 663-0121. They meet on Sundays at 8:45 am in Room A9.
Halftimers
Halftimers is a group of singles and married couples in their early 40’s to early 60’s who pray for each other, for missionaries, and for many other needs. Each week a group member shares what he or she is learning in God’s word. They also support missionaries in Kenya. They meet on Sunday mornings at 10:30 am in Room A7. This group is lead by Randy and Norma Hamm.
Primetimers
Primetimers is for people in their golden years (age 60+). Come and enjoy singing hymns together, praying for each other, and learning and discussing the Bible together. Primetimers meets Sundays at 10:20 am in Room A3. They enjoy monthly trips to places like the Reagan Museum. They also hold monthly luncheons in the church Activity Center on the second Thursday of each month (but not during the summer).
