WHAT TO EXPECT

At LBC, it is our desire to be transformed or changed by our relationships with Jesus Christ and with each other. This is part of our "discipleship" process. So, on a Sunday morning you’ll encounter warm and friendly people and a casual environment where you are encouraged to come as you are and be yourself. Church is not a place to pretend. It’s a place to be real and honest about our challenges and struggles and to learn to trust God to lead us through. Each Sunday in our services we spend time worshipping God through contemporary music, song and prayer. Learning from God's Word, the Bible, presented through messages you can relate to and understand is our focus. This helps us know God more and teaches us how to follow Him and encourage each other to live committed lives of faith. You don’t have to have it all figured out to come to LBC. Just come like the rest of us…with open hearts desiring to know God more and to be encouraged by a genuine community of Christ-followers.
