Our mission is to intercede in prayer to God on behalf of those individuals who have expressed a need or to celebrate a praise. We intercede and pray for each request received, sharing with those in need, and praising God for answered prayers.
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he will hear us: And if we know that he hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. 1 John 5:14-15

Can you touch a prayer? Can you pull it close and feel its comfort? You can if it’s part of a prayer quilt. This team provides lap-sized quilts hand-tied with prayer-knots of love offered to someone who is facing a special need for prayer, such a surgery, treatment, or a crisis illness may be sponsored by anyone attending LBC. A sponsor requests the quilt and gives the completed quilt to the recipient. If you would like to sponsor a quilt for someone, please contact Nanci Bentz.
