Care
All believers have been called to care for one another. The Care Ministry of LBC is here to provide a resource in meeting the needs of our church family and community through the following ministries.
- Pastoral Care: For biblical, premarital, individual, marriage and individual pastoral counseling
- Helping Hands: To assist single parent homes with repairs and upkeep as well as community projects
- Funeral Services: To assist in the preparation of services, pastoral guidance and facility reservations
- Prayer Chain: To alert a team of prayer warriors of immdiate crisis and needs of prayer
- Practical Assistance: For meals that are needed during times of illness, crisis and healing
- Prayers and Squares: To order a prayer quilt as a tangible reminder of prayers being lifted
- GriefShare: A 12-13 week small group structured to walk through grief and loss
- TRUTH: An ongoing recovery ministry
- Women of Worth: A small group established to help women who have suffered loss through death of a spouse or divorce
- Reflections: A group ministry that reaches out to postabortive mothers
- Grief Seminar: An annual seminar with Dr. H. Norman Wright
